A cinematic AI commercial film exploring branded storytelling for Coca-Cola through a human-directed generative production workflow.
126 LABS / HUMAN-DIRECTED AI CREATIVE PRODUCTIONIndependent creative concept by 126 LABS. Not an official commissioned campaign by The Coca-Cola Company.
Open on YouTubeThe concept needed to feel like a polished beverage commercial rather than a disconnected sequence of generated shots. The creative challenge was to hold brand energy, cinematic pacing, product presence and emotional continuity together across a short-form film.
126 LABS developed the piece as an independent AI commercial concept, using generative filmmaking for visual development, shot creation and motion exploration while keeping creative direction, sequencing and final judgement human-led. The result is presented as a speculative branded-film study rather than an official commissioned Coca-Cola campaign.

A Coca-Cola AI commercial film study by 126 LABS exploring cinematic branded storytelling, generative video production and human-directed AI filmmaking.
This project explores how generative AI can support a cinematic beverage-commercial workflow from concept development to moving-image presentation. The goal was to create a film with coherent brand energy, pacing and visual continuity instead of treating each generated shot as an isolated experiment.
The work is presented as an independent creative concept and was not commissioned by The Coca-Cola Company.
The direction focuses on emotional immediacy, product-led visual moments and commercial pacing. Shot selection, rhythm and transitions are treated as part of one branded-film language.
Human judgement remains responsible for the narrative flow, edit choices and final presentation while AI expands the range of visual production possibilities.
The production route combines visual references, shot planning, generative video exploration, iterative motion passes and editorial refinement. Continuity is reviewed through camera logic, subject behavior, lighting and the way each shot contributes to the commercial arc.
The embedded YouTube film below is the final presentation of the concept.
Commercial AI video needs more than visually impressive frames. It needs structure, timing, product awareness and the discipline to remove shots that do not serve the idea.
This concept demonstrates how 126 LABS approaches AI commercial production as a directed filmmaking process rather than a collection of generative outputs.
