CHALLENGE+
The creative challenge was to translate the familiar emotional codes of a global Christmas commercial — anticipation, illuminated convoys, seasonal wonder and shared celebration — into a distinctly Vietnamese setting without making the world feel like a simple location swap. The film needed to hold brand recognition, cinematic scale and local cultural geography together inside one believable winter fantasy.
CREATIVE RESPONSE+
126 LABS developed an independent branded-film concept inspired by the emotional grammar of global Coca-Cola Christmas advertising, then relocated that sense of seasonal wonder into Vietnam. Snow falls across Hồ Chí Minh City, the Golden Bridge, northern mountain landscapes and lakeside cities as illuminated Coca-Cola trucks travel through a fictional Vietnamese winter. Native and storybook animals become witnesses to the convoy, while Santa, glowing trees and the red Coca-Cola system provide the commercial anchor. The result is designed as a marketable holiday world: globally recognizable in tone, locally surprising in geography, and structured for film, key visuals, social cut-downs and campaign extensions.

Strategy, direction
and production craft.
An independent Coca-Cola Christmas commercial concept by 126 LABS, combining the emotional language of global holiday advertising with Vietnamese landscapes imagined under a cinematic winter snowfall.
01Campaign Idea
+
The concept starts from a simple marketing question: what if the emotional magic of the classic Coca-Cola Christmas convoy arrived in Vietnam — not as a literal adaptation, but as a locally reimagined winter fantasy?
The creative route keeps the globally recognizable cues of red trucks, warm light, anticipation and togetherness, then places them against Vietnamese geography transformed by impossible snowfall. That contrast creates immediate campaign memorability while keeping the product world emotionally familiar.
02Vietnamese Winter World
+
Hồ Chí Minh City, mountain landscapes, the Golden Bridge and lakeside environments are treated as one connected cinematic universe. Snow becomes the surreal device that turns familiar Vietnamese places into a seasonal spectacle without erasing their identity.
The environment is designed to feel premium rather than novelty-led: deep cobalt nights, warm amber practical lights, red brand assets, reflective snow and cinematic depth create a consistent holiday palette across every frame.
03Commercial Storytelling
+
The illuminated convoy acts as the narrative spine. Trucks move through the country while bears, rabbits, other animals and people become witnesses to the arrival of Christmas. These reaction moments create warmth and anticipation before the brand is brought closer through Santa and product-led scenes.
From a marketing perspective, the story can scale across hero film, key visuals, social cut-downs, outdoor, digital display and local-market adaptations while retaining one recognizable campaign device.
04AI Production Direction
+
Generative tools are used for environment transformation, branded world-building and cinematic shot exploration. Human direction remains responsible for the commercial logic: location selection, frame hierarchy, emotional pacing, brand visibility and the relationship between spectacle and product.
The project is presented as an independent speculative case study by 126 LABS, demonstrating how AI-assisted production can build a high-impact seasonal advertising world around a global brand language and a locally relevant market setting.
